Nagoya (名古屋) is a large city with 2.3 million people after Tokyo, Yokohama and Osaka.
It is located just between Tokyo and Osaka.
Unlike Tokyo and Osaka metropolitan areas, the densely populated area is only in Nagoya city.

This is the only terminal station in Nagoya and is located in the western part of the city.

- Main line : Gifu - Nagoya - Okazaki - Toyohashi
- Airport line : Nagoya to Tokoname, Chubu Airport

- Seto line : Sakae in the center of Nagoya city to Seto
"Nagoya" station is located underground at JR Nagoya station.
Many trains are operated frequently.
To Chubu Airport, only Meitetsu railway has the line.
Kintetsu Line

Kintetsu is a large railway company and has many lines mainly in Osaka and Nara area.

Linimo is the only magnetic levitation linear motor car in Japan.

It runs from Fujigaoka station of subway Higashiyama Line and through Nagakute city next to Nagoya city.
